The mockup at a scale of 1 to 500 for private presentation

This city-planning villa community mockup was made for advertising campaign for real estate agency "Landlord".

Task: to make a city-planning mockup in conceptional detailing (3D master plan) oriented on the master plan and approximate parameters of the final size of the table.

The mockup was made in 5 weeks. Various types of plastic were used for it (PVC, acryl, ABS). Table made of wood. The mockup covered with own-produced artificial grass with perfect texture and color. The technics used during mockup creation: plotter cutting, rotary cutting, 3D printing.
